Object oriented capabilities of C#

What are the pillars of object oriented principles ?

  1. Encapsulation : this feature of OOP indicates the hiding capability of the data implementation or manipulation preserving the data integrity.
  2. Inheritance : this feature indicates the inheriting already existing functionalities to discourage making already existing code again and again. There's a perfect term for this scenario i.e. code-reuse.
  3. Polymorphism : as the word itself indicates that it has something to do with 'many-forms', in OOP it means you define something( say some method ) which can also be presented in some other form which provide a different set of functionality. This is a very vague idea. We will discuss the same in great detail in coming blogs.
